I heard a rubbing/scraping sound as I pulled up to work so I pulled my front tires to check the discs. I then noticed a bit of friction on both front discs after I removed the tires. Is this normal or should they spin freely? The noise is intermittent and I can't quite pinpoint it what should I be looking for?
