Replacing Factory 18's with 20's

Need some advice guys. I have searched for the perfect answer to my question, but have yet to find an exact one.

Vehicle details as follows:
2005 SCrew Fx4
5.4L V8
275/65R18 Tires
No Suspension Mods Yet.

I am looking to replace my factory 18's with a set of 20's. Here is what I would like to replace with:
Moto 954 20in (20x10, 6x135 lug pattern, 4.79 Backspacing, -18mm Offset)
Nitto Terra Grappler 305/55R20 tires.

Will this wheel and tire package work with my factory settings?
Am I correct in my understanding that as long as backspacing is under 5.5, that it will fit properly?
Is the lug pattern on my truck correct in 6x135?
Do I need to mod the suspension to replace with this package?
I plan on installing a Skyjacker 3in Add-A-Leaf "4301K" kit later, unless it is needed in order to install the larger wheels and tires.
Would I be better off to install an additional 2.5in leveling kit rather than just crank the torsion bars after install of the 3in Skyjacker kit?

Do I need to purchase an additional 20in wheel and tire for use as the spare? And if so, will it fit underneath the bed in place of the factory spare?

Found the tires and wheels on onlinetires.com for $900 cheaper than any other place. Total was about $2300 for the wheels and tires (4 each), anyone know anyplace cheaper?
Plan on doing some before and after pics, just got my digital camera back from the GF, so I will post as soon as I snap some pics.

If you add a leveling kit, that combo will fit. Personally, I'd go with a wheel with 5.5 or 6 inches of backspacing so the tire/wheel won't "stick out" so far . I would stay away from the 3 inch Skyjacker lift. 3 inches is too much lift without any dropdown brackets to correct your CV and ball joint angles. I'd suggest a 2 or 2.5 inch Autospring leveling kit. Also, you don't have torsion bars, you have coilover shocks.

I wish I had gone with a 20 inch rim in retrospect.

Wandell, Thanks for the info.

I will check into the leveling kit, it will more than likely suffice for now.
I was really wanting more than just the level for my truck, however didn't want to pay $2000+ for a kit like that, and also didn't want to do all of the cutting and grinding that the PA 3in Body Lift requires.
Any ideas of another 2-3 inch kit (beyond the level) that requires minimal cutting/grinding/welding?

I really dig the MOTO 954's, I can't seem to find any with more back spacing than the 4.79. Maybe I am not checking in the right places.
I'm not appalled at the appearance of tires sticking out, but would much rather have them flush or within an inch or so of the fender.

All in all, if I go with the Wheels and Tires specified with the 2.5 leveling kit, I wont have any rub problems?

Any thoughts on a spare tire, do I need a 20 or could I suffice with my factory 18?

I wouldn't worry about the spare. As for lift kits, the leveling kits, the PA body lift are your only options outside of a full suspension lift. Fabtech, Rancho and Bilstien make replacement coilover shocks with adjustable preload that will also allow you to lift the front of your truck a little, but they cost a lot more than the leveling kits and do the same thing. You should not have any problems fitting a 305/55-20 on a 20x9 inch wheel with 5.5 or 6 inches of backspacing with a leveling kit. If you go with a 10 inch wide wheel you may have to trim a little plastic.

Just ordered the Moto 951b with a 305/55r20 Nitto Terra Grappler. Whole package including locking lugs and center caps along with replacement certificates for each tire ran me around $2700.

Also ordered the Rancho 4in lift. Its sitting in my living room waiting to be installed.

I already purchased the PA leveling kit...however if I'm correct, I wont need it with the Rancho kit. Is this right?

Hope to get the wheels/tires in a week or so. Will try to get pics in my gallery when I get it outfitted with all the fancies.

ALSO: anyone know why my sig isnt showing under my posts? I have one saved in my profile.

No, you shouldn't need the leveling kit with a 4 inch lift and 33's.
