What new tires to buy?

My truck came with Kelly Safari Trex 255/70/16's. They have a lot of tread left, but I have some money coming and was thinking about getting a new set. What do you all recommend? I do go off-road about two-three times a month, as I heat my home with a woodburning stove and I cut down trees ---I would like a tire that is off-road capable but one that I can use on the highways.

When I do go off-road it is usually on golf courses or farm land. I could use your advice.

There is a new tire that came out recently and it looks mean check them out. I called about prices and they were not that bad and come very wide for bigger rims.
