Lots of people make a 33" tire for 20" wheels, I'm assuming that you are talking about either AT or MT tires though, I know Nitto makes a tire in that size, I believe Toyo does, probably BF Goodrich, beyond that I'm not real sure, but I am pretty sure there are some people running those size tires on 20's. I believe most people run the 305/55/20 Nitto Tera Grappler

I believe the Pro COmp Xtreme AT, Mickey Thompson ATZ and **** Cepek Radial FC II all make 33 inch tire for 20's as does BFG, Nitto and Toyo.
