back and forth

I've just put a new set of BOSS 20" wheels with Goodyear GTs on my 04 SCREW. I'm keeping my stock tires for those long trips when I don't want to place the wear and tear on the GTs. Question is, does switching back and forth between the two different sets of tires cause any issues at all?

No. The only problem might be if the tires are different diameters, then your speedo will read different for each set.

Other than that there shouldnt be any problems.
