Got a question i have a 05 4x4 and i want to get rid of this small 235's!! I have 17" rims and i want to know if i should go with 295/70/17 or 33/12.5/17 I am not sure if i will have any rubbing problems and im not even sure if 33's will Fit on my rims?? If i will have no fitment problems with the 33's thats would be much better but i want to make sure before i go buy.. O by the way my truck is all stock no lift or leveling..

 

I believe both will fit, if you use the OEM wheels. The 295/70-17 is basically a 34x12.00-17.

 

So the only problem i will probably have would be uneven tread wear with the 12.50 and not rubbing?

 

I don't think you will have any rubbing. Several people have fit 35x12.50's on these trucks by using the OEM wheels and a 2.5 inch leveling kit, so 33x12.50's should fit a stock truck.
