wheels and tires fitment

Can anyone please help? i have a 2001 F150 short bed 4x4 with stock wheels and tires 265,70,17, can i fit 285/75/16 on a 16X8 wheel with only adjusting the torsion bars?? please E-mail me at NHRA5267@aol.com

Yes, you can easily fit 285's on a 16x8 wheel.
