I just put Black 22" Wheels and Tires on 2005 F150 King Ranch

I recently changed my wheels from the stock 18" King Ranch Wheels to a 22" Aftermarket MB Motoring Wheel and a set of Nitto 420S Tires. It takes a while to get used to the black wheel look, but I've had them for about a week and everywhere I go, people stop me and comment on how much they like the look. Please let me know what ya think.

That does look sweet! Nice choice. Those 420S tires awesome. I got them for my 2001 Navigator and they were probably the best tires I ever owned. They look pretty sick too! How is the ride with the 22"s?

Re:How's the ride on 22's?

The Nitto 420S tires are amazing. I literally can't tell the difference between this wheel and the stock wheel. I went from a 17 to a 20 on my S-Class Mercedes and the ride definitely deteriorated. However, having gone to 22's on the F150, the ride has seemed to stay the same.

Is that a 2WD? What size tires are those? Did you notice a decrease in gas mileage or acceleration?

Yes it is a 2005 2wd King Ranch. The tires are Nitto 420S 285/45/R22 114H.
I have not noticed any changes in gas mileage or acceleration as of yet. I've only had them for about a week though. The ride is great however. They are a very comfortable tire.

Cool sweet

nice man, looks great, although i did really like the new king ranch rims as opposed to the earlier ones, idk i just couldnt stand the 10 or however many spokes, i like simple 5 spoke or close to it, anyways nice truck man

ps. i dont consider yours 12 spoke , more like 6 split, anyways its a real nice look for the truck, do you have any pictures from either the left or right not on an angle?

I wonder how these would look on my black lariat with chrome bumpers. It's a 4X4.
