Are you looking for a tire that is actually 36 inches tall? If so, most "37's" are actually around 36 1/2 to 36 3/4 inches tall. Tire manufacturers always round tire sizes up to the next whole number.

Also...315/75/R16 is basically 35x12.50R16

I guess I'll do the math for all 35" and 36" tires/rims that measure from 12 to 13 inches wide (in metric, they're 305, 315, and 325 respectively).

305 is 12.0 inches
315 is 12.4 inches
325 is 12.8 inches

...the math says (this is strictly "formula", these exact tire sizes will not necessarily exist)

35" tires:

16" rim, use 305/79R16 or 315/77R16 or 325/75R16
17" rim, use 305/75R17 or 315/73R17 or 325/70R17
18" rim, use 305/71R18 or 315/69R18 or 325/66R18
20" rim, use 305/63R18 or 315/60R20 or 325/59R20

36" tires:

16" rim, use 305/83R16 or 315/81R16 or 325/78R16
17" rim, use 305/79R17 or 315/77R17 or 325/74R17
18" rim, use 305/75R18 or 315/73R18 or 325/70R18
20" rim, use 305/67R18 or 315/65R20 or 325/63R20

Is this enough info? Just estimate to the nearest 5/0 on the aspect ratio and start hunting for a tire that is in that size range.
