I just purchased a 2002 FX4, and the front tires tread wear is odd. They are the Goodyear RT-S I believe. Every other "****" is lower then the one next to it. On the fronts only, not the rears.

Now I was told that Ford is netorious for this since way back in the day. I was also told the only way to avoid the pattern of tire wear is to get a continuous outside tread pattern tire.

I tried the search feature and found nothing like this so thought I would ask the masses.

 

they didnt rotate when they should have. its called feathering. rotate them and see if it helps otherwise just go out n buy some bf's
