305 or 315 Width on 35 Series 24" Tires on 2003 Reg Cab 2wd?

I have a new set of 24"x10" wheels, to be put on a 2003 F-150 regular cab, 2wd.
Does anyone know if the 315's will be too wide for the front wheel wells, and will rub when turning all the way?
Or should I stick to the 305/35-24 size? (which may also rub?)
There is no lift kit, and I'd like to keep the suspension stock.
Has anyone run 315/35-24's on their F-150?
I know most of you run off-road tires.
Is there another forum or website that could answer my question?
It's my understanding that even if I bought the tires from a dealer (instead of internet or mail-order), that they wouldn't sell me the 315's, mount them, and it they rubbed, let me exchange them for the 305's.
That's why I want to be sure before I buy them.
Will post pics of my new wheels (TIS04's) after I put them on.
Thanks.

A couple members here are running 305/35-24's. That's what I would go with. I would install a set of lowering shackles on the rear however.

What Do Lowering Shackles Do?

Thanks for the quick reply.

What do lowering shackes do?

Why only on the rear? (Because it would rub if done in front?)

Any particular brand better? How much to lower? 2"?

Basically, lowering shackles will lower the rear of the truck about 1 1/2 inches to make it sit level. Most people perfer their trucks to sit level instead of having the rear end up in the air like the factory. Most of the suspension companies make them (Beltech, DJM, etc).

No, no towing is planned.

Getting the 24" wheels for looks & hopefully handling.

No off-roading here.

Not sure if 24" wheels are a good direction to go if you need to be able to tow.
