Question on Hancook tires

ok is it just me or does it seem like these are some of the cheapest tires ford coulda put on there 2005 F-150's i've put 11000 miles on this truck/tires and there already less then half tread... and im wondering if its the tires.. i'd like some comments from others that have had these tires.. there hancook dynapro's 230 70 R17 ...

and why the did ford put such small freakin tires on such a large truck?

and sence these are such crapTastic tires and im going to be replacing them soon.. could someone tell me what the largest sized tire i could fit on this truck is... its a 4x2 2005 stock...

thanks!

I had the same junk on my truck. I had a rip forming with the cords showing at 7000 miles, at which point I put on my 20s. It's ridiculous that Ford would put tires not worthy of a kia on the F150. Get rid of them and replace them with some quality BFG/Nitto/Toyo/Bridgestone/Kuhmo rubber ASAP!

sweet! i was looking at some BFgoodwrench longtrails at 265 70 r17's but im open to suggestions. . . from some of the horror stories i've read about the hankook it seems im lucky i dont use my truck for hualing heavy supplies these tires are already cupping and i cant figure out why.. and there not wearing evenly even though there properly inflated... ill probably replace them in a month .. perhaps sooner if i read anymore horror stories
