Need help

I am ordering a 3" Spindle lift and I want some bigger A/T tires.

Its a 2wd and right now it has 235/70/16, which look horribly small!!!

What is the biggest tire I can get that fit the stock rim and that I wont need to re-gear. I was thinking 285/70/16s.

That would be a good choice.

I know I would have to get my speedo adjusted, but how would the tranny hold up from going from 235 - 285s? I just really cannot afford to re-gear right now

This calculator helps with the highs and lows and tells you what's the biggest you can go. Whether your speedo will be fast or slow and the diameter. It's really cool. Good luck
