brake light on any idea what it could be. 3 shops said they cant find a problem???

 

Red brake light steady-- low brake fluid or bad fluid sensor OR e-brake pedal switch is engaged or faulty.

If it flashes we have other problems.

If it is an amber ABS steady or flashing we have other problems.

 

Indeed, there are only two things that cause the red brake light to come on: Low fluid level in the reservoir, or the switch on the parking brake. Check them both and I'll guarantee you find the problem there.

Now, if we're talking about the ABS light, that's a whole other ball game....
