Can you powdercoat 17" aluminum wheels?

I just bought a set of 17" FX4 rims from the classifieds and was wondering if they can be powdercoated. I originally wanted a set of black steels but they can't be found. Hell, if I can pc the aluminum wheels they'll be even more resistant to corrosion.

Thanks for any input.

Yeah I bet you can. I had the stock wheels on my Corvette powder coated black. They will have to strip them first bit I dont see any reason why you can't have it done, I think they will look sharp.

I hope they can be. I've seen them polished and chrome-plated but haven't seen any pc'd yet. I'll have to call around tomorrow.
