What would you do?

I dont really want to buy tires right now since my tires only have 4,000 miles on them. But I want some new wheels. I have 255/50/17 tires right now (am almost sure) would it look bad to put one of these wheels on it with these tires until I get new tires or should I just wait?

Or where can I find the roush wheels that come on the 2005 f150

My truck is a 2005 Ford F150 4x4 REg Cab

Any pics would be a big help

Thanks

I would do it all at once. I know it's a lot of money, but sometimes you can get a break buying tires and wheels together. Plus, you don't want to pay for mounting and balancing twice. Plus, you don't want to chance the new rims getting damaged during mounting twice.

You could do that. But I agree with Wandell, it would be less hassel to just have new tires and wheels installed at the same time.

I would save up and do it all at once too.
But beware. Most aftermarket wheels have less backspacing than the stock ones. I bought wheels for mine and they stuck out too far. I'm now looking for wheels with stock backspacing.
If you are going to bigger tires or a lift this may not be an issue.
