Nitto Terra Grapplers

Who has them on their truck and how do you like them? Also what kind of mileage are you getting out of them?

Thanks,

Shane

Got them on my 01. 33's Look nice and ride nice too. Love the traction in the mud, snow, and rain.

If you do a search you'll find lots on Nitto's. Nitto says 30 to 35K, I havent had mine but a couple K so I dont know, the rubber's pretty soft, so 35k is probably right.

I ordred the 295/70/17s this afternoon.....$165 a tire...I didn't think that was so bad considering the BFGs are over $200 for a comperable tire....Plus there are a lot of BFGs out there, and I haven't ever seen any Terra Grapplers around... I really liked the Cepek FC II but they were too much for this cowboy...

The guys at discount tire told me that they didn't reccomend the 295s on a 7.5" wheel but based on what you have told me I thought it would be alright....I'll post before and after pics when I get done...

Cancelled the Nittos and got the BFG TA KO 285/70/17 for $176 per tire, so I thought I would go with them since everyone says they last 50-60k and the Nittos are only supposed to go 35K.

Thanks again

Shane

Wandell,

You have a 3" body lift listed, can I ask who the mfr. is and how long did it take you to install it, and was it a pain. I'm somewhat challenged when it comes to this kind of stuff although I will do it to save the $$$. I actually changed my front side 02 sensors last saturday.

Seems like I'm always saying this but thanks again,

Shane

My body lift is made by Performance Accessories. It took me all weekend to install my kit, but I was working by myself most of the time. A body lift is not that hard to install but it is time consuming. THere are just a lot of small tedious steps.
