Torque for lugnuts

What should the lug nuts be torqued to on OEM wheels

I'm not sure what Ford recommends, but I always use 100 ft/lbs as a general rule.

The torque for your 2002 is 150 ft lbs. That is for the 14mm lugs. 97-99 with 12mm lugs is 100 ft lbs. It may even be marked on the actual lug nuts if they are OE.
