Abs Light

My ABS light has started coming on from time to time. Anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, maybe every couple of days to two weeks between each incident. The brakes seem fine to me, no difference whatsoever, just this light that comes on from time to time, any ideas? The only thing that was done recently, prior to this, was I flashed the truck with an Excalibrator Multi-Program OBD II Flash Device. Would this have any effect on this?

The ABS, like the OBD II stores faults, pull the codes and we can help.
