Question 265/75r16's or 286/75r'16s

hey ive got a 2003 f-150 with no lift and currently running 255/70r16's. i want to go bigger but i dont know if i should go with 265/75r16's or 285/75r16's. I dont want to have to do any trimming so if the 285's will rub i don't wanna get em. any input will be greatly appreciated. oh yeah and if anybody has any pics of a truck with no lift and 265/75's or 285/75's i would appreciate if you could send em to catfish_845@hotmail.com so i can see how they look. im probably gonna get the cavalier sport king a/t tires. any input on these tires would be greatly appreciated as well.come now somebody reply

It depends on what rim you use. Mine were not even close to rubbing with the stock 16x7 wheels. When I mounted them on some 16x10 Eagle's, they touch the lower corner of the front bumper's plastic valance. I had to trim about 1/2 inch of plastic off for clearance. Here's some pics of my truck before I lifted it with 285/75-16 BFG AT KO's on the stock 16x7 wheels and on 16x10 Eagle Alloy 058's.
