RIght now my truck is sitting on stockers (99 xlt) and i want to upgrade to a 17 in. wheel. Nothing too flashy but nothing too offroad (its 2 wheel drive ) i really want it to look good and at a reasonable price. any help appreciated, thanks!

 

It sounds like you are not sure what look you really want to go for. Off road with an all terrian tire, or street with a low profile tire. It sounds like you want something conservative either way. If you want an off road look, I'd suggest something along the lines of a 16 or 17 inch Eagle Alloy 058 with a 32 inch tall all terrian tire (265/75-16 or 265/70-17). If you want a street look, I'd suggest somethin like a 20 inch Centerline wheel or 20 inch SVT Lightning copy wheel with a 285/50-20 tire. First, you need to decide what look you really want and how you will be using the truck. If you do go off road a good bit (hunting, fishing etc.), I'd go with the off road look.
