WHAT WILL THESE MEASURE OUT TO ON A 17X8 RIM?

It will be just shy of 35 inches tall. Probably around 34 3/4 inches tall and 12 1/2 inches wide (from sidewall to sidewall, not tread width). Tire companies almost always always round their measurements up to the next whole number. Most all 35x12.50's are 34 1/2 to 34 3/4 inches tall.
