Tires

My 2002 F150 Supercrew came with 255/70/16 tires, can any one tell me what bigger sizes I can put on the factory rims? I am looking at 265/75/16. Also I am looking at BFGoodrich LAND TRAILS Tires and I am not sure if they are good tires?

Thumbs up 265/75/16

I had the stock size that you have and upgraded to the 265's. They look a little bigger but not a whole lot. Some have upgraded to the 285's but I think they rub a little in the front. I dont know bout the tires (bfg land)your talking bout. Hadnt heard a thing about them.

Is your truck a 4x2 or 4x4. Either way, you can easily fit 265/75-16's using the stock wheels. If you have a 4x4, you can easily fit 285/75-16's. Also, BFG is like every other tire manufacturer. They make high end tires and low end tires. The AT KO is their high end tire and that is why it cost more than their Land Trails. Unfortunately, tires are one of those things where you get what you pay for. In the long run, you are better off to pay more and get a quality tire.
