Just purchased a set of eagle 186 rims, and on the box it says 16.5, but on the tag and on the inside it says 16, is that normal for a 16'' rim? Im trying to make sure the 305-70-16 tire will fit?

Btw Hi my name is Barry i have a 99 supercab f 150, mostly stock. i am instaling a 3''body lift and the rims and tires above this thursday. Thanks
