4x2 or 4x4?
If 4x2, you can use coil spring spacers.
If 4x4, your best bet would probably be to crank the torsion bars (this will require an alignment afterwards). This will make the ride a little bit stiffer though, so you might have to look into other options if you want to keep the factory ride.
