Just ordered a set of the new 2"- 4" lift keys from Chassistech and wanted to know if anyone out there has them on their ride? Any pros or cons would be great info for a guy sitting here waiting on the Big Brown Truck to pull up with my box og goodies!

 

I know that Kenny over at FTW installed a set of aftermarket keys and the stiffer torsion bars from the 7700 lb. payload package on this Screw. He seems to be happy with them.

 

Wandell, I wanted to let you know that I had the keys and a 3" body done last Friday. The keys worked out great and with the body I acheived a bout 5.5" of lift without doing a block in the rear to compensate for the front end lift. I chose to run Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips 35x12.50x16 an Eagle 189's. Great choice if I do say so myself! The ride is much better than I expected and is actually better than What I had on stock size BFG A/T's.

i dont have first hand experience on this but i have heard from a few people that the aftermarket torsion keyways that if you cranc them up all the way like 4" that it will put your cv shafts at a bad angle and you will go thru a set every 5000-10000 miles that is second hand info but something you might want to research
