16" Wheel on a 04 f-150

I emailed the guy at Auto Springs about the picture of his truck in his Ebay auction and he told me that the wheels on the truck were 16".

I thought 16s wouldn't fit an 04 f150 4x4. Any input?

16s WILL NOT fit a 2004 unless its a Heritage maybe. Even some 17s wont fit the 2004.(like the Helo Maxx)
