285/70/17's or 275/70/17's???

Looking to purchase some new tires and I really like the Wrangler MT/R's. Question is, do I go with the 285's or 275's. I want something a little larger than the stock 265's but I don't want the tire to look to massive sitting under the stock 4x4 suspension. Anyone got any pics? Opinions appreciated. Thanks

If you click on my gallery link you can see my truck with 305/70/16 with no lift and very slight trimming. I dont think they look too big and the 285 is just barely smaller. Hope this helps you in your decision.

I'd go with the 285's for sure.

One thing I didn't mention in your other thread is that with the 275s you might see slightly better mileage. My 285s took a big hit on mine and the slightly shorter and narrower tire will help some. Though I would be hard pressed to see anymore than 1mpg between the 275s and 285s. The 285s will offer a larger selection of brands and treads than the 275s, as well as better price comparisons.
