Question resurface rotors again or buy new ones?

I have a '99 F-150 XLT 4x4 w/ the 5.4 I did a break job on the front about 7,000 miles ago (resurfaced rotors and replaced pads w/ OEM fords) Everything worked great till about 100 miles ago..... Now I'm getting this shutter while breaking that's noticeable in the steering wheel and dashboard at mostly high speeds. I'm assuming the OEM Ford rotors are to blame.

My question is:
Should I try and resurface again for $10 a rotor at Napa or get a new set of OEM Bembo rotors @ $50.00 ea + shipping at Tirerack

Your thoughts??

Sounds like they are warping. Resurfacing them removes mass, making them even more prone to warping.

I'd replace them with a good set of aftermarket rotors.

Yeah that's what I'm leaning towards. I don't want to have to do the same job in the next 7000 miles.

On another note: Should I get the new rotors resurfaced prior to install? I've had some people say yes and some say it not necessary.......

Thanks,
-Pete

as long as the rotors are stored flat they should not need turned.
