? on wheels

Does anyone know what's the largest size rim/wheel that can be put on a 02 supercrew before the comfort of the ride is affected?

The thickness of the sidewall is the factor that is going to determine the ride and comfort. A tire with 3 inches or more sidewall area is going to give you a better ride than the "rubber band" tires with maybe a half inch of sidewall. In my opinion, the biggest rim that still allows for a comfortable ride is a 22". The 22 still leaves you enough room in your wheel wells to put a tire on with some sidewall area.
