04 Screw 20'' Wheel questions...

OK Techies:

1. If I increase my total diameter be an inch, will I need to re-flash my chip for ABS, gear ratios, etc.

2. How about 2 inch diameter increase?

3. What is the largest diameter that can be used without a lift kit?

1. up to you, if you are running at about a 30" total diameter and you bump it up an inch - about a 3% difference, won't notice it much until over 65 -70 mph, shouldn't effect performance.

2. 2 inch - call it a 6% difference, still should be ok, but may want to think about recalibrating or getting a tuner.

3. not sure on a '04, 2 or 4 wheel drive? measure your clearance around the front fenders and tires.

I'm running a 2" leveling kit in the front of mine, but had no problem fitting 34.5" tires on mine (no rubbing either).

The computer in the 04's has different tire and wheel sizes you can dial up.
