You can run 35's with a 3" body lift.

I'm gonna add one to mine. A Performance Products lift. About 130.00 or so.

I ran my 95 with 33" super swampers on a 4" suspension lift and had the perfect amount of clearance for offroading. I am currently running 35" Baja Claws with an additional 3" from a body lift and that seems to be about perfect.
While installing the body lift, I moved the front bumper up about an 1" to make additional room for the tires.

What size tires are you using with just the 3 inch spindle lift? Fabtech states that you can fit 35's with their 3 1/2 inch lift and a 3 inch body lift. Just wondering if 35's would fit with the spindles and a body lift . . . best wishes to all . . .

I'm still running the stock 235's till I can save up the $$$$ for the new rims (16.5x9.75). I'm gonna run 33's, first without a body lift till I can get one on.

Hey, thanks for the info. I'm still trying to decide if I want to lift my truck or if I want to go for the sport truck look. If you don't mind my asking, how much was the installation of the spindles? One of my friends is using 15x10 Prime wheels on his '97 F-150, if I go the lifted route, I am probably going to check into these. I alway heard 15 in. wheels wouldn't work, but he hasn't had any problems. I think he only paid like $110 per wheel, and all I know is that 15in. tires are a heck of a lot cheaper than the 16.5. Anyway, best wishes . . .

I was wondering, as of now I have a 2.5 inch leveling kit on my 2006 ford f-150 2wd and was thinking if a 3 inch suspension lift would allow 35 inch tires to be installed. Anyone know?

I know you are new, but if you have a question, start a thread or do a search. Especially if your question has nothing to do with the original post. Heck, your truck wasn't even in the research and development stage when this thread was started. I can't think of there ever being a reason to dig up a thread that is a decade old.

 

And here we are another year later and this record-breaking thread contained exactly the info I needed.
Believe it or not I just bought a '98 F150, have some 35's I'd like to put on it and found this thread while researching how much lift I might need to do it.
