Cool New F150 Guy in Hawaii

I am in the military and just arrived to HI with my 2006 Dark Stone 4X2 F150 4dr Lariat Edition SuperCrew. It is does not have any upgrades or new wheels as of yet. Just wondering who is the guy, woman, or business to see to inquire about wheel/tire packages, Leer 700 series or ARE bed covers, and filter/exhaust changes and upgrade. Looking for individuals who are reasonable and very reliable and good. Also, can anyone reccomend any photo gallery sites specifically for the year and specs of my truck. I am in desparate need of some custom ideas for the inside and out. I also want to do some basic drop or leveling to my truck to accompany a set of 22 or 24 wheel/tires, without losing the so-called comfortable ride that I have already. I am trying to keep it simple but stylish. I welcome any suggestions you may have. This looks like a very good site. Looks like I am going to enjoy being around great enthusiast such as yourselves.

Aloha, MyPsalm91

Welcome to Hawaii. I'm also active duty military (Navy) and I just got here about 3 months ago myself. As far as places to go to get some mods done the only place I am aware of so far is Maui offroad not too far from the Pearl Ridge Mall. They installed a set of Yukon 4.56 gears in my truck about a month ago and seemed pretty reasonable. Poke your head into the forums and check around and ask the guys for some advice/suggestions. This site is a great place to learn from others, but will have you spending some serious cash to feed that mod bug.

Let me know if I can help you out with anything.

I just moved from Hawaii 6 months ago. Depends what you want.
Offroading - 4 wheel parts, Maui offroading does great work but just overpriced (they always have nice trucks out front).
lowered/ sport truck - There is a rim shop off of kam hwy in pearl city ( in the shopping center behind goodwill and island brake and alignment, Turn on the road right by the FORD dealer in pearl city) There is also a place on Ward Ave. that I forgot the name of but it is with T.N.T. tint, near Dixie Grill.
Just don't forget there are some things you do will make you get recon done on your truck. But I know a shop that will give you a safety inspection without recon, just ask me and I'll pm you with the location and name.
Aloha, Robert
BTW there is a discount audio shop on Kam hwy in Aiea right across from the pearl ridge mall, beware of what you buy from them. I bought an alpine head unit from them that broke about a year later, and two kicker 10's and a 500w kicker amp the amp broke a year later, I had it fixed twice now and it's broken again.

Definitely PM that to me as I would like to go higher with my truck, but if I do I may fail the Recon.

I'll keep this in mind as I am looking to add a new head unit to my truck in the next couple of months.
