2005 5.4L head swap to updated heads

I'm over the plug design on the 3V 5.4L heads. I'm trying to research whether or not the newer heads with the updated spark plug ports will be a direct swap on my engine or if it isn't worth the headache. Anyone out there have any good info? I imagine being that they are both the same engine it should be a direct bolt on swap.

Sure is a lot less hassle and money to just change the plugs. Use an impact and they come out.

I've seen that they come out easy with the impact, but my cam phasers are ticking really bad as well, just trying to figure out if it's cheaper to swap heads rather than deal with the lockout kit and the plug headache.
