5.4 P2195 code

Hey guys, I have a 07 F250 with the 5.4 The problem I have is when the truck is started and its cold outside, it idles pretty rough, almost bad enough to die. Once you take off it runs fine, mainly at stop lights and when its in park is when it is idling rough. Every once in a while it will give the code P2195 (o2 sensor signal biased/lean bank 1, sensor 1). After it warms up it seems to clear up. I'm not sure what direction to go first. Truck has about 180K miles on it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Fuel System:
Excessive fuel pressure
Leaking/contaminated fuel injectors
Leaking fuel pressure regulator
Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
Vapor recovery system

Air leaks after the mass air flow (MAF) sensor
Vacuum leaks

Incorrectly seated engine oil dipstick

One thing that stands out is the vapor recovery system. My truck does have the well known problem of the carbon canister. Where I can't fill my tank all the way up. I can only fill my tank to about 3/4, then it starts over filling. I suspect the carbon filter is the problem, but it has been that way a while (3 years) and the rough idle just started a few months ago. Also it is interesting that the problem goes away once the engine gets warm.
