4.6 to 5.4 Supercharged help needed

I just bought a 2004 SuperCrew, motor 4.6, is tired. I just happen to have a wrecked 2002 SuperCrew SuperCharged 5.4 and wanted some advise on installing it in the 2004. Thanks in advance.
