2001 F250 5.4L 2v performance issue

Hey guys. Been throwing parts at her for a couple months now. Has no power under acceleration. No codes other then the old p1000. I have personally changed both H02 about 15k ago. (This model comes stock with upstream sensors only. And one cat.)

New MAF, COP, spark plugs. New Intake manafold, removed aftermarket air box and k&n, installed factory Air cleaner, new fuel filter. Fuel system flush, Cleaned injectors. 31lbs fuel pressure at idle 38lbs. at WOT. Change oil. Rebuilt transmission. Tranny fuild clean and filled, Cleaned IAC. 17lbs of vacuum at idle. Reset PCM. Factory Reprogrammed PCM no change. Super chips programmer installed or uninstalled doesn't help or hurt.

Feels like I'm dragging a pallet of bricks behind me at all times. Some very very slight surging as if it's trying to break out and go. It just can't get there. Slug off the line. Will do 65 but has to downshift and peg it to slowly creep to 70.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated gents.

Get your cat checked, sounds like it's plugged.

I'd eliminate the cat. No second o2 anyway. It wont set a code and unless you have inspection in your area where they visually look for it..

Still no luck

Hey guys. I took your advised and replaced with a brand new one. Absolutely no change. Still bogging down.

An additional note. when i was in park trying to hold the rpms at 2000. it would stay steady for a few seconds then start to climb to about 2400, I would here a very small click sound coming from the engine bay, then it would drop back down to 2000. hold steady for 5-10 seconds. and repeat. raise *soft click* drop, steady,

Have it scanned with a professional scan tool one that can run a diagnostics. Dealer or a shop with a snap on or simular scan tool.

Have you changed the fuel filter? Also vaccum disconnected or dry rotted & just failed. Some of the vaccum lines will make it run like ****. Make sure you aren't sucking oil into your intake.

Thread is from 2015, I assume it's either fixed or the OP has gotten rid of the truck by now.
