Is this a common problem for this year to have a leaking head gasket? Also with the truck having 145000 miles on it is it even worth fixing?

 

Did you do a block test? Oil in the coolant? Coolant in the oil? Steam discharge from exhaust pipe?


I don't know about your truck, but it is well worth it for me to have the HG replaced or even buy a Ford crate engine before I would get rid of my truck. I have about the same mileage, and I could not replace what I have for the cost of another engine or HG repair.
