HO long block swap '92 F150 few codes pulled

So here's my truck specs to simplify troubleshooting.
89 remand 5.0lr HO long block swapped in as stock popped.
Everything else is truck parts.
New -
TPS
MAP
IAC
EGR Solenoid
Ignition coil, cap and rotor, wires, plugs.
O2 sensor
Plastic vacuum line swap out (cut ends off, left 3'' plastic from boots, replaced the line with vacuum rubber hose cut to length, 2'' over plastic ends, 1'' showing colour)
8x 19lbs Fuel injectors

My issue is a rough idle at first start till the computer gets smart and controls the air and fuel properly. As well as a engine light durring highway driving when foot is removed off of the throttle.

I pulled 3 codes

179
327
334

179= 1.(cars only) : fuel system at lean adaptive limit at partial throttle/system rich. 2.(trucks only) : HEGO (HO2S) sensor fault unable to switch/rich durring part throttle.

327=1.(cars only) ECM reinitialization detected on Cluster Control Assembly (CCA) circuit failure. 2. Idle tracking switch closed on pre-position.

334= (truck only) time delay relay fault.

So that's about all the information I can provide at this moment please ask about anything else you need to know
