5.4 v8 triton ignition coil b primary and secondary malfunction

so i recently bought a 07 f150 5.4l v8, tritons are clearly crap but before i bought it the dealer put new phasers and solenoids in it. drove good for about a month now its misfiring like crazy. had coils and plugs 1-4 replaced and made it driveable but now im getting the ignition coil B primary and secondary malfunction. at this point i have no idea what the problem is and looking for any help i can get, been told to just get a new engine so im looking for options so im not out another 7 grand. not a mechanic and dont do my own work but any info i could pass onto someone to get this fixed quickly would be appreciated, dealer also wont help and im thinking when they put the new phasers in they did something wrong.
thank you in advance.

Causes of P0352:

- Faulty Ignition Coil 2
- Ignition Coil 2 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition Coil 2 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

#2 is the second one back from the front of the engine on the passenger side.

P0113 is Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit High Input.

- Faulty Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
- Dirty air filter
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit poor electrical connection

This makes me a bit suspicious - someone may have installed a cheap "chip" that allegedly improves performance and economy. They are resistor packs that "fool" the ECM into thinking the intake air temperature is something which it isn't.

You don't need a new engine, you just need to fix a couple electrical glitches that are no fault of the engine itself. Any reasonably competent shop should be able to fix these 2 issues, unless the ECM itself is shot.
