In Florida for a bit without any tools. Anybody know of anybody around here that has done plug changes in the 5.4 around here for a reasonable price? Don't want to pay what Ford would want.

Have you gotten quotes from Ford yet? Do you trust the monkeys at the NEX garage? Does the base have an auto hobby shop where you can borrow/rent tools and do it yourself?

You should be able to buy, rent, or borrow a Lisle extractor at NAPA.

 

I have to look into the auto hobby shop...don't think I would trust the NEX guys with this particular job I would have to walk them through it so what's the point.
