2004 f150 fx4 5.4l

I have been having problems with my '04 F150 FX4 5.4L not wanting to stay running and will not restart. I have had it in the shop 3 times in the past month and finally to the dealer. we have replaced the FPCM for the 4th time as the codes indicate that the FPCM has failed. We have also replaced the fuel pressure sensor on the injector rail as well (for the 3rd time). Still not fixing the problem. Fuel pump as well was replaced..... After looking threw the entire fuel system wire diagrams it is me thought that the PCM may be giving me issues, seems that after the PCM cools the truck will start and run and after a few minutes it starts to loose fuel again and will shut off and not restart. another thing that I noticed is that when looking at the system threw the scanner we can manually toggle the fuel pump on and getting 70+ PSI rail pressure. once the PCM warms up we can not toggle the pump on manually. I have a used PCM that I got from the used parts house that matches the OEM one in my truck, Tomorrow I will be towing it back to the dealer for round 2and will be having them flash the used PCM and install it. Has anyone out there had the same issues as mine and if so please advise.
note that the only codes that show up keep pointing to the FPCM and the fuel pressure sensor on the rail.
