Loose plug by oil sending unit. 2000 150

Had to change my oil filter adapter gasket today. Was putting everything back together and when I was plugging the oil sending unit back up I noticed another plug not connected. Wasn't something I disconnected at least on purpose. It is in the same wiring harness as the oil sending unit plug. Cannot for the life of me find where it goes.

Any ideas? Thanks

That connector next to the oil pressure sending unit is for the optional speed sensitive steering, and would plug into a solenoid on the back of the PS pump.

The speed sensetive steering was only an option on the expedition but the f150 and expedition have identical engine bay wiring harnesses

Thanks for the information on the speed sensitive steering. I'm guessing since times optional I probably don't have it but will check.

Thanks again

It was only an option on the expedition NOT the f150
