strange problem

I just bought a 05 screw lariat.
When i drive a long distance and get home to back in the truck, i get a strong shake coming from the engine. Tonight when it happened again while i was in reverse the truck shook and started to hear a knocking from the engine bay. Not sure where from. But it will stop within a few seconds. Also theres seems to be a little tick from both sides of the motor.
Thanks in advance!

Take it back if you can. 05's are a bad year.

Could be that, you could have an injector problem on top of that. It was the year of bad injectors as well. Look at the injector letter, -top of the engine forum page.

The problems were fixed in 07 at some point. I can't recall when in 07, it may be all 07's or just 07 1/2's. Someone here will know. If your looking at an 07 and it has brown coil boots, then it's a good one.
