5.4 swap

Hi Im a newbie and I am in the middle of the 4.6 to 5.4 swap and my tranny is not bolting up. the fly wheel is hitting the torgue converter. Is it possible that the convertoer slipped off of the pump during removal of the 4.6? Please help my truck has been down a week and im in need of the truck.

Have you gone over the swap notes...here,-

Looks like you been there, but go over the transmission detail. You may need a different flex plate. Check JMC's write up out well, -it's a good one.
