2004 F-150 5.4 Idle Issues

Hello All,
I have been searching and searching for the past few weeks and still can't find the problem. I have an 04 F-150 5.4 eng with 87K miles on it. I have always changed my oil/filters and fuel filters every 4-5K (Mobil 1 5W-30 and Motorcraft Filters). I recently been having an idle issue when coming to a stop or sitting at a stop light. The truck starts up with no issues and idles around 650-700 but when I slow down and come to a stop it drops to 520 and sometimes dips to the 400's. I haven't popped a CEL or been able to pull anything from my Edge tuner. I have gone through the engine looking for a vacuum leak (starter fluid) and no change to the engine. I have replaced a lot of parts (see below) and nothing has fixed it. I was wondering if anyone knows of something that might help me out.

Motorcraft plugs @ 77K
Cam Phaser’s, Timing and Both Tensioner’s @ 84K
MAF Sensor Replaced @84K
Fuel Filter Changed @85K
Both Timing Chains, All Chain guides and Tensioner’s @ 86K (due to a guide breaking)
Throttle Body and MAF Sensor Cleaned @ 87K
VCT Solenoids @ 87K
Canister purge valve @87K
Fuel Pump Driver Module @ 87K

Have you tried a shop with a Diagnostic Analyzer to see if they can find anything?
