Hello there,

I would appreciate any help. I changed the cables about 9 months ago and the plugs were changed about 3 months ago. The truck was running smooth. A few weeks back it started riding rough until one point the check engine light came on. I took it to Autozone and the scanner reads a misfire on cylinder 6. Anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate it. Thanks

 

Spark plug, coil, wire, injector, connectors, base engine mechanical issue, water in plug well, etc. All are possibilities. You will need to troubleshoot it from there.
