104,000 5.4 sparkplugs

Changed out the plugs on my 2010 Lariat. 45mins was a lot better than I thought.

How do these look for 104k on them?

Look fine to me. Consistency is the key, and they all look the same. Generally a light mocha color is ideal. White indicates a plug that is too hot, octane that is lower than ideal, or a lean condition (which causes elevated combustion temperatures).

So while they look on the light side, I'd still say you have a healthy engine.

The plugs are really easy to change on these engines. It was the earlier 3v engines that used those awful two-piece plugs.
