04 F150 5.4 vin 5 L.S Loss of oil PSI to tentioner

I have an 04 F150 5.4 vin 5,
I have an oiling Problem on Left bank Timing Tentioner, loss of oil! I replaced timing chain set, phasers, tentioners, vct solenoids, oil pump, p/u tube. I can start and run engine cold and runs pretty good, in about 5 to 15 mins. after running, the chain and lifters on drivers side start rattling at a stop, and can hear chain slapping. If I bring up the RPM a little it quiets down, than next time I start it. it will rattle like no oil, than quiets down until run again.

The Engine was sludged up pretty bad
I read some other posts but, I have done all of above.I know I have lack of oil, but where? and how? I didn't have any codes setting before changed chain. now codes setting bank2 and that is where I hear chain slapping. When I replaced Chain the L tentioner was collapsed. I am getting codes, multiple misfire on bank 2, misfire on cyl. F, Over-retarding on bank 2,
Thanks for any help!

Did you pull any of the cam caps to check for scoring? Could be that you've got a damaged head due to the low pressure.

Typically the low pressure is caused by the tensioner o-ring to the head leaking so if you replaced those then that should have fixed the previous cause.

The surface was clean when I replaced it.
The engine was really sludged bad I cleaned best I could. I did a flush because the L timing advance was retarded, and it got better on the advance. But still have problem with chain and lifters. Is there any repair for journals of cam if bad? Epoxy or something easy? Thanks

If the cam journals are bad it's pretty much time for a new head as far as I know.

Well, put PSI gauge on and my oil PSI is dropping to 20 PSI when engine warms up than starts throwing codes. 60 PSI cold.

Pull a valve cover and pull a couple cam caps and see what they look like.

OK I still have not pulled the cam caps, but now I have an accurate psi gauge on it, when I start the truck after running 5 miles or so, than shut off, leave it for a bit than start it I have 0 psi for about 3-5 sec. I didnt have this problem before I change the oil pump and chain. I am suspecting that the pump is not sealed right or it is leaking back when it is warmed up.? oil psi cold after starting and psi comes up it is 60 psi. than drops to 16-20 after warm
