I went mudding yesterday and then power washed the undercarriage of my truck. Now when I turn my wheel to the left or right there is a fast clicking noise (like a card in a bike spoke) but it stops when I stop turning the wheel. Also, there is a whining noise when turning the wheel all the way to one side. It is also harder than normal to turn the wheel now...

Any suggestions? also, what is the best way to make sure my truck is properly maintained after playing in the mud?
